We're taking nominations for businesses and individuals in 24 categories. You can nominate yourself, your business, a business you work for, a business you love, or someone else entirely. We're all about honoring the best of the best. Yes, this is a Stateline Chamber program, but nominees do NOT have to be Stateline Chamber members.

Nominees must have a business prescense within 25 miles of Roscoe, IL.
- Basically we're looing at Winnebago County, Boone County, and Rock County.

Nominations must include the individual or business name.
- Please include an email address as well. If one is not available, notifcations may be delayed.

Nominations are open for the entire month of December.
- Only the top 3 nominees for each category will go on to the public voting round.
- Chamber Members in good standing BEFORE the end of the nomination period will receive 2x value for nominations.

Public voting is open January 14th - January 28th.
- You must have a verified account in our system to vote.
- Anyone that lives within our region can create an account and cast a vote.
- You can vote 1 time per day per category.

Winners are announced in Mid February.
- We will announce the winners online through our website and social media channels.
- Winners will receive a Stately Award delivered by a Chamber Representative.
- If there is enough interest in a formal awards gala, we would be able to honor everyone together. Please indicate your interest on the nominations form.
People & Leadership
Entries in this category MUST be for a person. Nominations of businesses may be rejected, or moved to an appropriate category.

Young Professional Recognizing an ambitious employee or entrepreneur under the age of 40 who is making a significant mark in their industry.
- Eg. Up-and-coming leaders, junior partners, young entrepreneurs, and standout employees.
Best Leader Honoring an owner, manager, or supervisor who inspires their team, drives company culture, and leads by example.
- Eg. CEOs, managers, team leads, business owners, and supervisors.
Cyndy Fogerty Lifetime Achievement Celebrating an individual with a long-standing history (20+ years) of professional success and positive impact in the Stateline area.
- Eg. Community pillars, retiring executives, and long-term business owners.
General Business
Nominations in this category may be for any industry. You may also be nominated for a separate business category. We reserve the right to adjust the category based on the verifiable size of the business nominated.

Solopreneur Celebrating the power of one! This category is for businesses operated by a single person with no other full-time employees.
- Eg. Freelancers, consultants, independent artists, small start-ups, home-based businesses, and single-owner operators.
Small Business (2-20 Employees) Honoring the small teams that make a big impact on our local economy.
- Eg. Any business from any industry with between 2 and 20 staff members.
Large Business (20+ Employees) Recognizing major employers and large-scale operations that anchor our local business community.
- Eg. Any business from any industry with more than 20 staff members.
Community

Community Service Awarded to an individual or business known for their dedication to volunteering and giving back to the Stateline community.
- Eg. Volunteers, board members, mentors, organizations, and civic leaders.
Charity / Community Organization Honoring the non-profit organizations that work tirelessly to improve the quality of life in our area.
- Eg. 501(c)(3) non-profits, civic clubs, support groups, and associations.
Local Event Celebrating the gatherings that bring our community together for fun, fundraising, or celebration.
- Eg. Festivals, parades, fundraisers, farmers markets, pop-ups, culural events, and concert series.
Industry Excellence
The best in the area at what they do, we've got an award to recognize your excellence. Can't find your industry? Use your best guess and we will help from there. You may also submit in the General Business category instead of or in addition to one of these. We reserve the right to adjust the nomination category based on best available information.
